A Note About Insurance Coverage
We are committed to helping you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Our team can assist with benefit verification, claim submission, and communication with your insurance company. However, it is important to remember that we do not determine your insurance coverage or control how your insurance company processes and pays claims.
Insurance estimates provided by our office are based on the information available to us at the time and are intended only as an estimate. Your insurance company ultimately determines eligibility, coverage, and payment according to the terms of your individual plan. Coverage can also change, and certain services may be subject to deductibles, exclusions, limitations, waiting periods, or other plan requirements.
The patient or responsible party remains responsible for the full cost of dental services provided. If your insurance company does not pay a claim, pays less than anticipated, or determines that a service is not covered, any remaining balance will be the responsibility of the patient or responsible party.
We will always do our best to help make the insurance process easier and provide you with as much information as we can. However, we recommend reviewing your benefits directly with your insurance provider to fully understand the terms of your specific plan.
